Are there any contract terms?
No, HADA does not require any binding contracts! You can start without a commitment period or a minimum user requirement and cancel anytime.

What’s the difference between Free and Standard plans?
There are no feature differences. HADA’s pricing is based on the number of facilities, and charges apply from the 6th facility onwards.
How do I start the free trial?
Click [Free Trial] at the top right of the HADA homepage and sign up. No payment information is required to start!
Do I need to download an app?
No, HADA is a web-based service, not an app. Inspectors don’t need to download an app—just scan the QR code to use the service. Administrators can manage everything via the PC and mobile.
Are the first 5 facilities free?
Yes! Only from the 6th facility onward will charges apply. Up to 5 facilities can be used for free.
Is VAT included in the payment amount?
No, VAT (10%) is charged separately.
When are payments and invoices processed?
• Payment Date: Automatic post-payment on the 10th of every month. • Invoice Date: Issued on the 5th of every month for the previous month’s usage.
