The HADA dashboard home provides data on daily task ‘overview’ and ‘statistics.’
You can view a summary and detailed task status by date for the selected checklist.
Overview data can also be downloaded as an Excel report. 📥 Download Report
Select a checklist and the date for which you want to view the overview.
Choose the facility using the selected checklist for which you wish to view the overview.
✔️ The data provided varies depending on whether the inspection cycle of the selected checklist is “Assigned Inspections” or “Non-Assigned Inspections.”

Provides inspection data for facilities with scheduled tasks on a specific date.
✔️ Total: The total number of facilities scheduled for inspection with the selected checklist on the chosen date.
✔️ Fully completed: The number of facilities where all scheduled inspections for the chosen date have been completed.
✔️ Partially completed : The number of facilities where at least one inspection has been completed but fewer than the scheduled inspections.
✔️ No tasks completed: The number of facilities with no inspections performed on the chosen date.

Provides data on scheduled inspections for a specific date.
✔️ All: The total number of inspections scheduled for the selected checklist on the chosen date.
✔️ Fully completed: The number of completed inspections for the selected checklist on the chosen date.
✔️No tasks completed: The number of incomplete inspections for the selected checklist on the chosen date.

Provides detailed information about facilities scheduled for inspection on the selected date.
Provides detailed information on all inspections performed on the selected date.

You can also download task statistics as an Excel report (📥 Download Inspection Report).
Start by selecting a checklist and setting the date range for viewing task statistics.
Then, select the facilities where the chosen checklist is being used to filter your data.
✔️ The type of data shown will differ depending on whether the selected checklist is based on a scheduled (assigned) task cycle or not.

When tasks are scheduled, HADA provides:
✔️ % of facilities with all tasks completed = Sum of the percentage of facilities with all tasks completed by date ÷ Number of scheduled days
✔️ Facilities with scheduled tasks = Facilities that have scheduled tasks based on the selected checklist
✔️ Fully completed = Facilities where all scheduled tasks were completed
✔️ Partially completed = Facilities where some scheduled tasks were completed
✔️ No tasks completed = Facilities where none of the scheduled tasks were completed

Finally, you’ll see a detailed table showing daily task status by facility during the selected period.
When the selected checklist does not assign tasks to specific dates:
✔️ Most active facility = The facility with the highest number of tasks performed during the selected period
✔️ Least active facility = The facility with the lowest number of tasks performed during the selected period
