Modify or Delete an Assignee

1. Modify an Assignee

1-1. Select an assignee

Click on the assignee you want to modify on the Assignees page.

✔️ Once clicking,  a popup window where you can modify assignee info appears.

1-2. Modify Name

Update the name.

1-3. Modify Phone Number

Update the phone number.

💡Since the phone number is used as a password, be sure to inform the assignee if it is modified.

1-4. Modify Email/Memo

Modify the assginee's email or memo.

1-5. Assignee’s Modification is Completed!

After modifying the info, click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the popup to complete the assignee’s modification!

2. Delete an Assignee

2-1. Select an Assignee

Click the checkbox to the left of the assginee's name on the Assignees page to select the assignee you want to delete.

2-2. Click the ‘Delete’ Button

Click the ‘Delete’ button at the bottom left of the page.

2-3. Deletion completed!

Enter 'DELETE' in the text box to activate the 'Delete' button.Clicking the 'Delete' button will remove the assignee.

💡Even if a assignee is deleted, their name will still appear in task histories created before the deletion.
