Setting the Photo Attachment

You can enable or disable the photo attachment feature for each checklist items.

Set the photo attachment feature as Disabled, Optional, or Required based on the item.

✔️ You can set each checklist items by clicking the button located at the bottom left.

1. Don’t use

If set to 'Don’t use,' the checklist items will not use the photo attachment feature.

When performing tasks on mobile, a button for adding photos will not be visible for that item.

2. Optional

If set to 'Optional,' the checklist item can use the photo attachment feature.

When performing tasks on mobile, a button for adding photos will appear for that checklist item.

However, tasks can also be completed without adding photos.

3. Required

If set to 'Required,' the checklist item must use the photo attachment feature.

When performing tasks on mobile, a button for adding photos will appear for that checklist item.

Tasks cannot be completed unless a photo is added to the item.

✔️ On the mobile screen, checklist items with 'Required' photo attachments are marked with a red sign (*) to distinguish them from checklist items set to 'Optional.’
