Group and Manage Facilities Using Tags

Use the tag feature to group facilities!

You can conveniently manage various types of facilities by categorizing them with tags.

1. Select the ‘Tag’ Type

Go to Facility > Settings > Facility Information and click the ‘Add Items’ popup. Select the ‘Tag’ type.

2. Add Options

Options are used when selecting tag options during facility registration/modification.

(Example: Tag: Branch / Options: Shapple & Co. Branch 1, Shapple & Co. Branch 2, Shapple & Co. Branch 3…)

  1. Enter the name.
  2. Click the Add button.

✔️ You can enter up to 30 characters for an option name.

✔️ Up to 100 options can be added.

3. Register Tags to Facilities

  1. Go to Facility > Facility Registration/Information popup.
  2. Select the desired tag.
  3. Click the Register button to complete the tag registration.

4. Use Tags in Facility Filters

  1. Use the Facility Filter to filter specific types of facilities using tags.
  2. Select the tag, choose facilities from the facility list, and click the Apply button.

The selected facilities’ data will now be displayed. 🚀
