Combine these checklist item components to create your desired checklist format.
✔️ You can enter task details and choose whether to use the photo attachment feature.

You can mark the task status of checklist items with a check.
💡If 'Must Answer' is checked, an assignee must complete that checklist item before submitting the task results.
The task status of checklist items is indicated as Yes/No.
💡If 'Must Answer' is checked, an assignee must select either 'Yes' or 'No' for that item to submit the task results.
Enter the task details as text.
💡 If 'Must Answer' is checked, an assignee must enter at least one character in the textbox to submit the task results.
💡 If 'Others' is selected during the task, an additional text can be entered.
Select only one option from the predefined choices for the task details.
