Invite Members

💁🏻‍♂️ nvite and manage members who can oversee all settings and functions for your company.

This can be configured in Dashboard > Settings > Manage Member Permissions.

1. Click the ‘+ Invite Members’ Button

Click the ‘+ Invite Members’ button located at the top right of the page.

✔️ A pop-up window will appear when you click the ‘+ Invite Members’ button.

2. Select Member Permissions

Select the permissions for the member you want to invite.

You can invite members as either Senior Admin or Junior Admin.

✔️ Member permissions can be edited later. Refer to 🧑🏻Manage Member Permissions.

2-1. Invite via Link

You can invite members by sharing an invitation link.

Click the ‘Copy’ button to copy the link, and share it with the members you wish to invite.

✔️ If you click ‘Reset the Link’, the previously shared invitation link will expire, and a new one will be generated.

2-2. Invite Members

You can invite members by sending an invitation email.

Enter the email address of the member you wish to invite, and click the ‘Invite’ button at the bottom to send the invitation email.

✔️ If the recipient is already a HADA member, clicking the link in the email and logging in will automatically grant the assigned permissions.

✔️ If the recipient is not a HADA member, they will need to invite via mail first to receive the assigned permissions.
