Two-factor authentication is a dual-layer security service that requires an additional verification step after entering your email and password to log in.
Strengthen your account security to safeguard against password theft.
✔️ Members of companies with two-factor authentication ennabled must complete the additional verification step each time they log in.
At Dashboard > Settings, click the ‘Security’ Menu.
Set the email verification code option to ‘Use'.
💡 When you enter your ID and password, a 4-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
You must enter the code to complete the second step in order to log in.
On the login screen, enter your email ID and password correctly and click the ‘continue with email’ button.
Click the login button to proceed to the two-factor authentication screen shown below.
Open the two-factor authentication email in your inbox and check the verification code.
✔️ The email is sent to the address used as your ID, and you can check this email address on the Two-factor authentication screen.
💡 The verification code is valid for 10 minutes.
Enter the 4-digit verification code from the email and click the 'Confirm' button.
💡 If the verification code has expired or cannot be verified, click the 'Receive verification code' button at the bottom. A new verification code will be sent to your email.
If you click the 'OK' button, the two-factor authentication is completed!
Once logged in, you can check the dashboard.
