Check Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Task Statistics

1. Access the Facilities Page

Scan the QR code with your smartphone to access the facilities page.

If a password is set, please enter the password.

2. Go to the Task Statistics Tab

Tap the hamburger menu at the top right of the page, then select the 'Statistics' tab.

3. View Task Statistics by Period

You can view task statistics for the last 7 days, monthly, or quarterly.

3-1. Recent 7 Days

Tap the ‘Recent 7 Days’ tab.

A graph will display the daily task completion rate over the past 7 days (based on today’s date).

✔️ Tap a specific date to view detailed task history.

3-2. Monthly

Tap the ‘Monthly’ tab to view task completion by day.

You’ll see a calendar view with:

• 🔵 Fully completed
• 🟢 Partially completed
• 🔴 No tasks completed

✔️ Use the ‘<’ and ‘>’ buttons to switch months.

✔️ Tap a date to see detailed task data.

3-3. Quarterly

Tap the ‘Quarterly’ tab to see a 3-month heatmap of task performance.

• Each ⬜ represents one day.
• Color indicates the task completion rate.

✔️ Tap any ⬜ to view task history for that specific day.
