You can edit or delete registered issues.
Please note that once an issue is edited or deleted, it cannot be restored, so proceed with caution.
From the Issues page, click the issue you want to edit.
✔️ This opens the Issue Details popup window.
In the popup, click the pencil icon (Edit) at the top-right corner.
✔️ This switches the popup to edit mode.
✔️ You can edit issues in both Pending and Resolved states.
You can update the issue creator.If the issue is resolved, you can also update the resolver.
Select the appropriate user and click ‘Select’ at the bottom-right to confirm.
You can modify the issue's created time.
If resolved, you can also change the resolution time.
✔️ The created time cannot be set after the resolution time.
Update the issue details entered during creation.
If the issue is resolved, you can also edit the resolution details.
✔️ Resolution details are mandatory. You cannot leave this field blank.
Edit the photos added during issue creation.
If resolved, you can also update the resolution photos.
💡 The facility and checklist linked to the issue cannot be changed.
Click ‘Save’ at the bottom-right of the popup to apply changes.
On the Issues page, check the box next to the issue you want to delete.
Click the ‘Delete’ button at the bottom-left of the page.
A confirmation popup will appear.
Enter ‘DELETE’ in the text field to activate the Delete button.
Click it to permanently remove the issue.
