Set when to use the facility password and what password to use.
(Once entered, the password will remain valid for 24 hours without re-entry.)
You can configure this in Dashboard > Settings > Feature Settings > Password.
First, set the password rules used for the facility mobile web.
You can configure it to either ‘Use password for QR code scans’ or ‘Use passwords for tasks’.
If you enable ‘Use password for QR code scans’, users will need to enter a password when accessing the facility mobile web after scanning the QR code.
✔️ Once the password is entered during QR code scanning, it will not be required again for facility inspections.
If you enable ‘Use password for tasks’, users will be prompted to enter a password when performing tasks (e.g., tapping the ‘tasks’ button on the mobile web home screen).
✔️ Once the password is entered during tasks, it will not be required when scanning the QR code.
Set the password used for the facility mobile web.
You can choose between ‘Use a Company Password’ or ‘Use the Last 4 Digits of an assignee’s phone no’.
✔️ The set password is used both when scanning QR codes and during tasks.
This option uses the company password for the entire company info.
The password entered when the company info was first created will be applied by default.
💡 If you use a company password, it will not be possible to identify which worker performed a specific task.
You can change the company password by clicking the Change button.
This option uses the last 4 digits of the assignee's phone no as the password.
✔️ To use this feature, workers must be registered first.
✔️ If multiple workers have the same last 4 digits, the last 8 digits of the phone number can be used instead.
💡 Using the last 4 digits of the worker’s phone number allows you to identify which assignee performed a specific task.
