Set when to ask for a password during QR and facility inspections, and whether to use a shared password or the last 4 digits of the worker's phone number.

💡 Once you enter the password, you do not need to enter it again for 24 hours.
Choose one of the following three options:
Anyone can scan the QR code to view the inspection history, perform inspections, and register issues.

Useful for restricting access so that only authorized personnel can view the inspection page.

Useful when you want visitors to be able to view the inspection history but need to prevent them from actually performing inspections or registering issues.

If you select an option above that requires a password, a "Please set a password" section will appear below.
The entire company uses the same password. Anyone who knows the password can perform an inspection without the need to register workers individually.

⚠️ If you use a shared password, you cannot identify who performed the inspection in the inspection history.
✔️ Click Change to update the shared password (4 digits).

Uses the last 4 digits of the worker's phone number registered in Hada as the password.
