Setting Up Issue notification

Company managers can receive notifications when issues are created or resolved.

Stay informed in real time with issue notifications delivered straight to your email.

1. Setting Up Notification

1-1. Account Settings Popup

Click your profile picture at the top-right corner of the screen to open the Account Settings popup.

1-2. Enable ‘Email’ Notifications

To receive email notifications for issue creation and resolution:

  • Find the ‘Email’ notification option
  • Check the box to enable notifications

✔️ Notifications will be sent to the email address registered to your HADA account.

2. Checking Notifications

2-1. Email Notification Contents

Email notifications include the following details:

  • Issue title and description
  • Attached photos (if any)
  • Basic issue information

Click the ‘→’ or ‘View Issue’ button next to the issue title to open the issue details directly on the dashboard.

✔️ To unsubscribe, click ‘Update Notification Settings’ in the email and disable email notifications in the dashboard.
