Resolve Issues

1. Resolving Issues from the Issue Menu

1-1. Open the Facility Menu

On the main screen of the facilities page, tap the button in the upper right corner of the screen.

1-2. Go to the 'Issue' Menu

Select the 'Issue' menu.

✔️ If there is no login record, enter your password.

You can also move to the Issue menu by tapping the Issue section on the main screen of the facilities page.

✔️ Similarly, if there is no login record, enter your password.

✔️ Tapping the 'Register' button in the Issue section will take you to the issue registration screen.

1-3. Select an Issue to Resolve

Tap the issue you want to resolve.

Tapping the issue will take you to its issue details screen, where you can view more info.

1-4. Tap the 'Resolve' Button

Tap the 'Resolve' button at the bottom of the issue details screen.

Tapping the 'Resolve' button brings up a resolve details screen where you can resolve the issue.

2. Resolving Issues During Task

2-1. Tap the 'Pending' Section

Tap the 'Issue - Pending' section at the top of the issue screen.

Tapping the 'Issue - Pending' section displays a list of pending issues related to the checklist selected at the start of the task.

2-2. Select an Issue

Tap the issue you want to resolve to select it.

When you select the issue to resolve, a screen appears where you can proceed with resolving the issue.

3. Resolving the Issue

3-1. Enter Resolution Details

Enter the details of the resolutions taken to resolve the issue.

✔️ Resolution details can be up to 500 characters long.

✔️Resolution details are required and must be entered.

3-2. Add Photos (Optional)

You can add photos related to the issue resolution.

Click the 'Add' button to the right of 'Photo' and select photos to add.

✔️ Up to 4 photos can be added.

3-3. Complete the Resolution

Tap the 'Save' button at the bottom of the screen to complete the issue resolution!
